Terms of Service

AIAutomatex is a Google Review Reply Automation platform developed and operated by Sarvodaya Infotech, located at 1st Floor, Mahalaxmi Plaza, Sector 3, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201019, India.

AIAutomatex connects to your Google Business Profile via Google's official OAuth 2.0 API to help you automatically generate and post replies to customer reviews on Google Maps and Google Business listings.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must be a legitimate business owner or authorized representative of a business listed on Google Business Profile.
• You must have a valid Google Account and a verified Google Business Profile.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where using Google APIs and this service is legal.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at ishu.b@sarvodayainfotech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per business. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

To use AIAutomatex, you must authorize our application to access your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth 2.0. By granting this authorization, you understand and agree that:

What We Access

• Your Google Business Profile name, location, and review data.
• Customer reviews posted on your Google Business listing.
• The ability to post replies to those reviews on your behalf.
• Basic Google account information (name, email) for authentication.

Google Scopes Authorized

Revoking Access

You may revoke AIAutomatex's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions . Revoking access will immediately stop all automated review replies. You can also disconnect from within the AIAutomatex dashboard.

You may use AIAutomatex solely for the following purposes:

• Automatically generating and posting replies to genuine customer reviews on your own verified Google Business Profile.
• Managing and customizing auto-reply templates for your business responses.
• Viewing and monitoring your Google Business reviews from the AIAutomatex dashboard.
• Managing multiple business locations you own or are an authorized representative of.

You must not use AIAutomatex to:

• Post fake, misleading, or spam replies to Google reviews.
• Violate any Google API usage policy or terms of service.
• Access or manage Google Business Profiles you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from AIAutomatex.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.
• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our servers or Google's API infrastructure.
• Scrape, collect, or resell data from Google APIs obtained through this service.
• Create automated scripts to interact with the platform outside the provided API or UI.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under applicable Indian or international law.

Plans

AIAutomatex offers Free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of billing.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• No refund is provided for partial months of service already used.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation does not automatically revoke Google OAuth access — you must disconnect separately if desired.

All content, design, code, logos, and materials in AIAutomatex are owned by Sarvodaya Infotech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform or its content.
• The AIAutomatex name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Sarvodaya Infotech.
• Review content and replies belong to your business and Google's ecosystem — we claim no ownership over them.
• Reply templates you create within AIAutomatex remain your intellectual property.

Service "As Is"

AIAutomatex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

Google API Dependency

AIAutomatex depends on Google APIs. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Google API downtime, policy changes, or access revocation by Google. If Google changes or discontinues APIs we use, features may be modified or removed.

Review Replies

You are solely responsible for the content of replies posted through AIAutomatex. We are not liable for any consequences arising from auto-generated replies including but not limited to reputational damage, policy violations, or disputes with customers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarvodaya Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AIAutomatex, including loss of business or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time from Account Settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, all your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate any section of these Terms of Service.
• You violate Google API policies, resulting in our API access being restricted.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on your account.
• Payment for a paid plan remains overdue for more than 14 days.

Effect of Termination

• All automated replies will stop immediately.
• Your Google OAuth token will be invalidated from our side.
• Account data will be deleted as per our Privacy Policy.
• No refund is issued for unused days in the billing period upon termination for violation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised.
• Registered users will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
• Continued use of AIAutomatex after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account before the effective date.
